We are able to service The US, Australia, The Pacific Region, Asia, India and Africa and Europe, in fact we have clients on all continents and can guarantee delivery to your door.
Please inspect goods carefully on delivery, as damage claims can only be accepted at that point. (We cannot accept credit card transactions from most African countries, bank transfer please, see ORDERS)

U.S. Orders:
Most orders are shipped directly from Australia, and delivery can be expected between 5 and 14 days. (8 days average)

SHIPPING POLICY: We have both shopping site calculators defaulted to $6.00 USD per item We do additional shipping calculations off-line to give our customers the best deal on delivery. If the shipping costs are higher or lower than the default then the calculations are performed at this point. But most of our orders are below the weight which attracts an extra charge

PLEASE NOTE: Since some shipping charges may be added off-line, these will not appear in the "Grand Total" charge on your shopping cart invoice receipt - but will appear with your delivery order receipt. If you purchase by PayPal you will be sent a Paypal invoice

Know that we only charge you the exact shipping charged to us (be it UPS, Postal, DHL, Federal Express, etc.) Also, we do not overnight anything without your express permission.
As always, if you have questions, you can always ask for a quote. If you have SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, be sure to include these in the comment section of your order.

Export Information for electrical devices exported from the Australia to other countries - Note required voltage must be 220 to 240 volt. (You can purchase a voltage convertor from the link provided http://www.220-electronics.com if you require stepping down to 120 volt from a 240volt appliance).

Please Note the exchange rate varies from day to day you are billed in Australian currency, but you can pay in U.S. dollars, we deduct the equivalent in Australian currency from your card, the exchange rates are calculated by the card people, or you can send us a bank cheque or transfer. Subject to the exchange rate which varies slightly from day to day.
